HC 200+ Multi Chemical Dosing Pump with Degas Head.

This is an improved, direct replacement for the HC201 pump.

HC200+ Multi comes fitted with a degas head that helps to prevent the pump gassing up and loosing it prime when dosing peroxide based chemicals or oxidising biocides.

How the Pump is Used with Huwa-San TR-50

Huwa-San TR-50 can be injected directly into the mains supply water to help control legionella bacteria in a water system using the HC200+ pump. It works in conjunction with a pulsed water meter which sends a signal to the pump, via a flying lead, instructing it to dose a set volume of chemical. The pump then injects the Huwa-San TR-50, into the system via an injection point. This injection point is fitted into a MPVC bypass which also holds the water meter. The injection point should never inject Huwa-San TR-50 directly into copper pipework.

The dose rate for constant dosing of Huwa-San TR-50 is usually 10-20ppm peroxide.

The HC200+ Multi can also be used to dose mains water systems for a short space of time to carry out disinfection work.

In some cases the injection fitting are placed directly into cold water storage tanks and the tank water is dosed with Huwa-San.

Applications

The HC 200+ Multi pump can enable the use of Huwa-San TR-50 constant dosing for legionella control. The low level chemical addition of Huwa-San TR50 will prevent legionella bacteria in water systems.

In addition, Huwa-San TR-50 can be used to dose animal drinking water to improve health and welfare.
