Delivery and returns by SafeSol is based on the type of chemical and the amount that is ordered.

Non Hazardous Goods

Non hazardous chemicals such as SweetPee, Checkmate and the test strips will be shipped by Royal Mail up to 2kg then by courier unless express delivery is chosen. These are classed as category 1 products on the shipping matrix.

Low hazard goods Huwa-San TR-3, TR-5 and Aeros will be shipped by courier. Dosing equipment will also be shipped by courier. The courier we currently use is UK Mail who are part of DHL. There is a choice of next day or standard delivery. There is a delivery section for each product that gives details of cost and expected delivery time. We require to receive an order by 1pm to process it for next day delivery. These are classed as category 2 products on the shipping matrix.

Hazardous Goods

ADR (dangerous goods) Huwa-San TR-20 and TR-50 will be shipped using a specialist haulage company. This is by Logistic North East who are part of the Hazchem Network. There is a choice of express or standard delivery. We require to receive an order by 11am to process it for next day delivery. These are classed as category 3 products on the shipping matrix.

Local Pickup

People local to our business at Unit 330, South Shields Business Works, Henry Robson Way, South Shields NE33 1RN can arrange to collect products directly from our warehouse.

Our warehouse is always open 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday but we can be available at other times on request.
